Our Sales Policy

We accept cashier's checks, personal checks, money orders, VISA or Mastercard. No COD shipments. We allow a five calendar day inspection/acceptance period, beginning with the date of arrival at your location. No returns will be accepted after this period has elapsed, unless approved by LionGate. We can ship DHL, UPS, Federal Express, or US Parcel Post. Customer pays shipping charges. All items we sell are absolutely guaranteed as to authenticity, unless otherwise stated, and we will stand by them as a matter of honor.

Layaways

Layaway is available on most, if not all, items. Our layaway requires 1/3 down, non-refundable, with a maximum term of 90 days. Layaways may not be returned, and carry no inspection period. Failure to complete payment within the 90 day period constitutes default and will result in forfeiture of all funds paid toward the item. We honor our commitments -- it is your responsibility to honor yours.

Regarding Returned Items - PLEASE READ THIS!!!

I have rarely had merchandise returned, and do my best do represent the merchandise as it is. If you have any questions regarding the condition, please ask. It is much easier to resolve these issues prior to ordering than to deal with them after the item is received. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this business, it is inevitable that some things will be returned to me. In the case that you must return something, please pay me the same respects I pay you. Repack the item appropriately, and insure it for its return trip. If I receive an item that is not in the same condition as when it left here, I can not and will not accept it for return. The buyer is responsible for the merchandise until it is back in my hands. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, do not return the item until arrangements have been made for the shipping company to inspect the item. Often, a claim cannot be initiated after the item is returned to me.
