# BQ2460 - Arizona Relic U.S. M1860 Cavalry Sword Mounts. - $ 240.00

These relic artifacts from the Fort Bowie area in Southern Arizona are an interesting record of the U.S. Cavalry during the Indian Wars period. Included is both an original pommel and guard from an 1860 pattern trooper's sword. Heavily patinaed with dirt encrustation and moderate verde bronze patina. The upper portion of guard shows significant distortion and period loss consistent with a ground find.
