# bq2211 - A Fine Original Ngala Executioner’s Sword, ca. 1900 - $ 875.00

From the Ngombe/Doko tribe of the Belgian Congo. The blade of very sculptural form with small use knicks to cutting edge, showing an interesting textured pattern to blade surfaces and with wonderful original patina. The carved wooden hilt displays minor age cracks and losses and is partialy wrapped in flattened iron wire. Overall 75.5 cm. with 52 cm. blade.
