# IS4 - An Indonesian Dua Lalan Sword, Toraja, Sulawesi - $ 595.00

A Dua Lalan sword from Toraja, Sulawesi. Dua Lalan means "dual purpose," as this form was used for butchering cattle as well as in combat. Carved hilt and scabbard locket, with the shaft of the scabbard wrapped in rattan. Traditionally forged blade with linear grain. Fine original condition. Overall in sheath 65cm.
