# BQ2988 - An Outstanding Named U.S. WWII Camillus Mk 2 Knuckle Knife Conversion with Original U.S.N. Sheath - $ 720.00

An excellent U.S. WWII U.S.N. CAMILLUS, N.Y. M2 fighting knife, converted during its working life into a knuckle knife through the addition of a hand formed sheet steel guard. The blade exhibits considerable sharpening and has been cleaned but still displays a lightly pitted surface. The original handle was carefully disassembled to add the current guard.. The stacked leather grip is slightly altered and has the addition of a rawhide shim. The lightly stained and worn original leather sheath is very well made and fits the blade properly. The retaining strap was moved to its present position. The reverse has the names, "DAVE L. GOODEN" and "HENRY BLICK" cut into its surface. Excellent condition. 33.3 cm. overall in sheath.
