# BQ2996 - A U.S. Revolutionary War Period Hand-Forged Pike Point - $ 270.00

A fine hand-forged U.S. Revolutionary War period pole-arm point. Arrow-like form with a split socket for mounting on a pole. Family lore alleges this example originated in New York State. It displays a fine brown age patina. A very similar example is pictured in Neumann's book, ”Swords & Blades of the American Revolution,” p. 222, item N. 128.PA. 25 cm. overall.
