# GCS22 - A Latter 19th Century Officer's or NCO Sword, Probably German - $ 200.00

A sword for an officer or NCO, probably German, late 19th century, with brass reverse-P guard without langets. Leather grip with brass twisted wire wrap. Slightly curved blade with wide stopped fullers and flat spine. Lacking maker's marks of any kind. Overall VG; the blade with a dull grey finish with no pitting, lacking scabbard. Overall 85cm, blade 72cm.
